General Course Information
Location
All courses are at the Clinical Nursing Institute on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center unless otherwise indicated.

Confirmation 
Registration is confirmed by mail. Check your confirmation for correct date and location. If you do not receive confirmation or if your confirmation is incorrect, call the Clinical Nursing Institute, 314.996.5267.

Registration Cancellations 
A Missouri Baptist Medical Center employee failing to provide cancellation notice (minimum 48 hours) will result in the employee's home department being charged the course fee. For other registrants, unless otherwise indicated, registration fees are refunded upon request to the Clinical Nursing Institute, seven days prior to the course. A minimum processing fee will be assessed for cancellations.

Individual Substitutions 
Unless otherwise indicated, there is no penalty for sending a team member in the place of the original applicant.

Course Cancellations 
In the event of a cancellation for any reason, including, but not limited to, registration response, strikes, acts of God, etc., the liability of the Clinical Nursing Institute is limited to a full refund of registration fees.

Weather Cancellations 
Check on weather-related cancellations at 314.996.5267 the evening before, or morning of, a course. If there is no message regarding a cancellation, the course will take place as planned.

Emergency Substitutions 
The Clinical Nursing Institute reserves the right to substitute instructors in the event of an emergency.

Team Discounts 
Register five or more people from your team and receive a 10 percent discount off your cost. To qualify for discounts, all team registration forms must be received together.

Pricing 
BJC employees can attend Clinical Nursing Institute courses at no charge, unless otherwise indicated in the course description.

Room Temperature
Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers as the room temperature may vary.

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is approved as a provider of continuing education in nursing by the Missouri Nurses Association, which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
